To build anything, you will need a permit. PPESI files for, expedites and facilitates the approval of construction plans and other related documents through the county, city or state building departments and any other agencies that have review and approval powers over the project.

There is such a ‘thing’ as a walk-thru permit. PPESI will be able to obtain all approvals, the actual permit and approved plans in one day. Although there are few jurisdictions that allow walk-thrus, some others offer fast-track processing. Fast-track normally runs 7 to 14 working days.

For any project that cannot be walked-thru or placed under fast-track, PPESI provides status reports. Status reports supply dated progress information that is updated weekly and/or each time the project advances, and is faxed to all project team members.

Minor changes/red-lines required to facilitate the approval? No Problem! PPESI will red-line the plans, as long as it does not change the scope of the project. Significant changes are cleared with the architect or client prior to any red-lines.

Our hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST, Monday through Friday. We are closed on major holidays. We currently serve the East Coast, however, we will permit and/or survey anywhere you need us.
